We are very happy that our new album is ready! It contains 14 songs of which one is a cover, Back To Back, originally created by the Pretty Maids. We got a little help from a friend with two songs: On The Battleground and Do You Still Believe In Love. Rob Schuitemaker is playing (most of the) guitar on the first song and he helped thinking about the second one. In the future we might be working together more often because he's a great guitarplayer and a good friend.

Our last album was released almost 3 years ago which is a long time, certainly for Irish Whip standards. We used to make 3 albums in a year and now it's the other way around. But we are very proud of it! We think in general it's a bit of a harder album with less ballads and we hope you, as a fan, will like it as well.

Keep rockin'!!

We noticed we didn't put any news on the website for more than two years. To be honest: most of the time there was nothing to tell, but that has changed! At the moment we are working hard on our new album. Some songs are done, some are in the recording phase and we even have a song that is still in the process of creating. The coming weeks we are trying to do all the work, because we want to release it by the end of the year!

It's not sure yet how many songs the album will contain, but we would guess something around 13, depending on the progress we will make. We think the songs are in the line of the previous album, maybe even a bit more hard rock. We told you about our special band member mr Rob, he will be playing on at least one song! We are very excited to play with such a great guitarplayer.

If there's any more news, we will let you know!

We have recorded three songs! Okay, not really new ones, but there is something special about them: they are live recorded with drums and a special bandmember. His name is mr. Rob and he played lead guitar. Mr. Pivo played rythem guitar and did the vocals, mr. Im played the drums. Off each song we have two versions, maybe one is better than the other, it's up to you to decide. We hope you will like them, we might do something like this again in the future!

There is good news: the new album will be released on March 17th! That's right, on St. Patrick's Day. We will not reveal the album title nor the tracklist, but we can tell you that it contains 11 tracks and some bonus tracks.

The last few months and especially the last weeks we've been working really hard to record all the songs. It's still not done, but we're confident that we'll make it in time. We have to, because the releasedate is not to be moved!

So, what can you expact? A real Irish Whip album: short and loud rock songs in the good old Irish Whip tradition, some softer 'balladish' songs and off course a song in German. We're very proud of the new songs, we hope you will be too. Somewhere next week we'll anounce some more details.

Ok, we're a year later and all that time you haven't heard anything from us. To tell you the truth: there simply wasn't anything to tell. But for you hardcore fans we've got some good news: we actually recorded some new songs! We also played two of them live in front of other people than the band and they liked it!

At the moment, mr Im got some more time, so he is busy writing and recording. We hope to put some samples on the website as soon as possible.

We have made a new Video! It's for the song "Meneer, U Bent Een Nerd" and is in our Audio section.

After the blowing off of our Andre Hazes Tribute album, we've been working on new material. We've nothing recorded at the moment, because there are no complete songs yet. Mark the words yet, because both mr Im AND mr Pivo are writing new songs! With a little luck, we'll start practicing very soon and you know what comes after rehearsels: recording!
